How do I get my discount?
Prices are as marked on the website. No code is required.
Can I use store credit or a gift card during the sale?
Yes, gift cards and store credit can be used at checkout. However, welcome codes and rewards codes cannot be applied during this sale.
Can I use my rewards?
Rewards can be used and earned during this sale.
Can I return or exchange items from my purchase?
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items (not marked Final Sale) can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
To secure your preferred size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct items. If you need assistance, contact our Customer Care Team between 8 AM – 4 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, and we’ll do our best to help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be dispatched within up to 5 business days from your order date via Express Post. Due to high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.
Can you combine multiple orders for shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders during the sale as they are batch-printed and processed by different handlers.

How do I find my size?
Confirm your size before the sale to check out faster. Visit our Size Guide and watch our fit video to learn how to take your measurements. You can also contact our Customer Care Team with your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements (in cm), and we’ll assist you.
Can I choose the pattern of my Twilly Scarf?
The pattern cannot be selected and will be allocated at random, depending on stock availability, for purchases over $320.
